Loeb & Loeb's Advanced Media and Technology (AMT) department is seeking an attorney with 2-4 years of experience to join in its New York, Chicago, DC, Nashville, or LA office.

 

The AMT department is a multi-disciplinary department with nearly 60 attorneys that have deep expertise in counseling and transactions in the advertising, marketing, media, technology, intellectual property, and data privacy space.

 

The ideal candidate will have strong experience with drafting and negotiating significant commercial transactions involving technology, data privacy, and marketing-related services, as well as meaningful exposure to advertising, marketing, technology, intellectual property, mobile, social or emerging media, and privacy issues.  Successful candidates will have excellent drafting, writing and analytical abilities, strong interpersonal and communication skills, accurate and strong attention to detail, high level of organization, and the ability to manage multiple projects and interface directly with clients. Loeb's AMT department works with many Fortune 500 clients in a variety of industries, including automotive, financial, technology, telecommunications, food, consumer package goods, among others, as well as numerous advertising and marketing agencies. Life Sciences and FDA Regulatory and Compliance Associate (NY)

Loeb & Loeb's Corporate Department is seeking an associate with 1-3 years of law firm experience to join its New York Office. The ideal candidate will be able to provide legal, regulatory and compliance counseling on a wide range of laws and regulations related to the strategy, development, approval, commercialization and promotion of FDA-regulated products such as drugs, devices, biologics and cosmetics. Candidates should also be able to provide legal, regulatory and compliance advice on commercialization and fraud and abuse rules such as the Food, Drug & Cosmetic Act, Affordable Care Act, False Claims Act, Anti-kickback Statute, Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act, Food and Drug Administration Modernization Act, Foreign Corrupt Practices Act, and Prescription Drug Marketing Act. Knowledge of the 2003 OIG Guidance and the PhRMA Code are a plus.

 

Successful candidates will have excellent verbal, writing, project management, negotiation and interpersonal skills; ability to consistently perform work requiring a high-level of attention to detail; demonstrate ability to be outward-looking and proactive; ability to develop working relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders; and must have a good understanding of the life sciences industry and related regulatory environment. Superior academic credentials and admission to the NY Bar are required.
